Ground Floor: 1 double bedroom, living room w/sofa bed. One full bathroom and one restroom. Kitchen and the garden. In the garden, you can find it a small swimming pool.
First Floor: 2 double bedrooms, living room w/sofa bed. Two full bathrooms. Balcony.
A/C and central heating. Garden of 100 m2.
NOTE:
The gardener will come once a week to take care of the garden and pool.
The claner will come one every 15 days to make a general cleaning of the apartment.
There is no extra charge for this.

Summary: Staying at this apartment was a wonderful way to kickoff our travels in Spain! The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and had a beautiful backyard. The pool was great for soaking our feet after a long day of walking around Girona, and the sound of the water falling into the pool was so relaxing a restorative. The location was perfect for exploration of all there is to offer in the old part of Girona., and batiks day trips, although it was a challenge to manage our heavy suitcases upon arrival and departure. Teresa was helpful, responsive and easy to work with.

Summary: The location of this apartment is incredible-steps from everything in the Barri Vell. The air conditioning works very well-there is a split system which came in very handy for the hot summer weather. The communication with the property manager was a little spotty prior to check in-a couple of messages went unanswered. and I was getting nervous as our arrival date approached and i didn’t have check-in instructions. I was finally contacted the day prior and the instructions on check-in and parking were very helpful-I think I would just prefer to have that communication happen a few days earlier. Parking is very easy and free. The pool needed cleaning-I asked the manager and she got someone over to the apartment that evening to clean it. Even so, I wish it had been clean and ready on our arrival. The apartment itself is a little dated-I think some updates to bedding (duvets instead of bedspreads, new entry rug, updated dining chairs.) would go a long way. There was very nice body wash and lotion but no shampoo or conditioner which meant we had to purchase whole bottles for our 4 night stay which was a bummer. They provided coffee capsules but not much else-no water or other welcome amenities so a trip to the grocery store prior is advisable. (There is a market within walking distance). Overall, if they made a few updates, I would stay there again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this perfect location. Teresa was our agent that greeted us and gave us information about the area. She was also a tremendous help when our driver delivered us to the wrong location. I would ask for specific directions to the house before arrival as the streets are narrow and hard to navigate. You will enjoy this cosy apartment.

Summary: Everything was just perfect during our stay. We were a couple with two kids and we had a fantastic time. The decor, the rooms, the staff and the service were really outstanding. The apartment was furnished with high quality items, a very comfortable bed, and practical things like a washing machine, dishwasher, and fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location to explore the old town of Girona, quiet place and near from many touristic place, restaurants, coffee, supermarkets... The welcome was lovely with some flowers, fresh fruit, CAVA, chocolate and there was a kindly book with a lot of information about Girona and Catalonia. Thanks for this! We would definitely love to go back!

Summary: The location is amazing! The apartment is close to many restaurants but quiet location. Within easy walking distance to everything you would want when visiting Girona. The apartment was very simply furnished with modern furniture, comfortable beds, it was very light and airy, and well equipped. The garden is perfect to have a lunch, dinner or enjoy the sun ath the small pool, we could relax and enjoy our hours there. Contact with the host was straightforward (we used whatsapp) and I was met on arrival. Would thoroughly recommend this property to others!!

Summary: We stayed here for 6wks with our 2 children (7&9) and had a fantastic time. We took both floors and enjoyed the space and functionality of the property. The air conditioning was a big plus for us, as there were some very warm days. And the kids loved the pool and being able to run around outside. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped also And Claudia (agent) was always on hand (a call, text or email) if we needed anything We loved it so much we've booked to come back next year for 3mths. Thank you

Summary: This apartment was fantastic for our group of 6 adults with plenty of space and good facilities. We were lucky enough to enjoy good weather for the week and the large outdoor space was a real asset and something that is rare to find in the centre of the old town. The apartment is fitted out to a high standard and the management service throughout was friendly and professional. I would be happy to recommend this apartment to friends and the apartment will be our first choice for any future trip to Girona (this was our fourth trip to Girona to enjoy cycling in the area)
